Harley-Davidson® x DynoJet Factory Race Team riders Wyman and Smith put on a strong showing in the third round of the Mission King of the Baggers Championship on the 4.048-mile, 14-turn Road America course. Wyman, the defending series champion, qualified third with a best lap of 2:17.724 and won the Mission Challenge bonus race by 2.533 seconds over Smith.

On Saturday Wyman led the first two laps before being passed on lap 3 by Hayden Gillim, who then slowly opened a gap on the field. Wyman finished second 2.213 seconds back, followed by Smith in third place, 5.206 seconds behind Wyman.

“Harley-Davidson has been working so hard to get us a better bike for this weekend and it really shows,” said Wyman. “We are not that far away anymore. We can make a couple of little steps and give them a good fight tomorrow. We have a bike that can win.”

In Sunday’s race, Gillim got away at the start and Wyman and Smith staged a wheel-to-wheel battle for second place. Wyman led that tussle until the last lap, when Smith got past in turn 3 and opened a gap after Wyman ran wide in turn 5. Smith finished 3.707 seconds behind Gillim with Wyman another 2.325 seconds back in third place.

“This has been an awesome weekend to get two podiums,” said Smith. “The fight with Kyle was a bit nerve-wracking. We were trying to keep it as respectable as possible as we knew we had the points, but I need to take some points off the guy. He kicked my butt all last year. Big thanks to Harley-Davidson for working so hard the last two weeks.”

After six of 10 rounds in the 2026 Mission Foods Super Hooligan Championship, Gillim leads in points with 132, followed by his teammate Troy Herfoss with 107 points, Smith with 91 points and Wyman with 77 points. The Harley-Davidson® x Dynojet Factory Race Team returns to action July 10-12 at MotoAmerica Superbike Speedfest presented by Law Tigers at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, Monterey, Calif.
