Silverstone’s 'Day of Champions' raised a massive £218,000 of which the auction, supported by all the top riders, made £84,000.

Two Wheels for Life is the official charity of Dorna, promoters of MotoGP, and racing’s governing body the FIM. It is headed by Andrea Coleman, formerly CEO and founder of the now defunct Riders for Health, and funds raised go towards providing transport for healthcare in Africa.

Two Wheels for Life is the new events & fundraising organisation specifically created to raise funds to support the work of Riders for Health in Africa.  Riders for Health in Africa enables reliable transportation so that health workers can reach the most isolated people with the health care they so desperately need.

“It was an amazing day,” said a relieved Andrea Coleman of new organisers Two Wheels for Life.“All our helpers worked so hard but we also have to thank Dorna, Silverstone and, of course, the riders.”

Bradley Smiths '38' chain sculpture created by Ricky at Masked Designs made £700 and paddock experience joining Tech3 Racing and Bradley in Aragon raised £1900.
